در طول سه سال گذشته جمیع اقدامات حکومت اسلامی ، نشان از نقض آشکارای حقوق اولیه بشردر ایران می باشد و تمام دول دنیا به وقیح بودن این رژیم پی برده اند و متوجه گردیده اند که در صورت سازش با حکومت اسلامی خشم ابدی ملت ایران را برای خود خواهند خرید.
امروز تمام مردم ایران در داخل و خارج کشور از هر گروه ودسته و حزب به اهمیت اتحاد و باهم بودن در زیر کلمه مقدس ایران پی برده و نیاز به تشکیل شورای ملی را در اولویت مبارزات خود قرار داده اند .
در اینجا لازم است که تاکید کنیم که از نظر کمپین سفارت سبز ایران یعنی کرد، بلوچ ، ترک ، فارس ، لر، ترکمن و عرب چیزی که سران حکومت مذهبی واستبدادی فعلی ایران سالها برتفرقه وجدائی آنها ازهم کوشیده وبا خرج سرمایه های ملی کشور آنرا تبلیغ کرده اند و باعث خرابی و ویرانی ایران گردیده اند.
امروزتمام مخالفان حکومت اسلامی در پرتوی جنبش سبزملت ایران به یک اتحاد برروی خواستهای حداقلی خود رسیده اند که می توان دراینجا به برخی ازآنها که درمنشور شورای ملی درج گردیده اشاره کرد : تمامیت ارضی ایران ، دموکراسی ، عدالت ،آزادی بیان ،آزادی زندانیان سیاسی و جدائی دین از سیاست .
درواقع نکته مهم واستراتژی جنبش سبزهمانا قراردادن تمام رنگها درکنارهم همچو رنگین کمان می باشد .شایان ذکر است اولین نکته ای که دموکراسی به ما می آموزد: تحمل یکدیگر با هر فکر و اندیشه و ایدئولوژی است ولذا اتحاد برروی حداقلها توسط گروه های اپوزیسیون حکومت وقت ایران و ایجاد شورای ملی ایرانیان این نقشه رژیم را که خواهان نفاق و تفرقه بین ما می باشد را باشکست مواجه کرده است.
پیام کمپین سفارت سبزامروزبه همه ایرانیان درداخل و خارج کشورفقط یک جمله است : «اتحاد برای ایران وایران برای همه ایرانیان می باشد.»

Statement by Mr. Mohammad Reza Heydari
Baroness Morris, My Lords, Ladies and Gentlemen,
In the last 33 years, all the actions of the Islamic Republic indicate to obvious violations of basic human rights in Iran and finally during the events of the electoral coup d’état ofJune 2009, the public rage overflew and different intellectual, ideological and ethnicschools in form of a people’s ‘rainbow’ (including the Green Movement) gathered andconsolidated around an axis of minimal demands. Eventually, after one and a half years ofactions and planning all the above have joined the call for National Council of Iran inorder to liberate the Iranians from Islamic Republic dictatorship.
This welcoming process has shown that not everyone in the body of Iran’s government sympathises with the regime and a majority of them are against the Islamic Republic and
formation of a democratic alternative has caused their open and apparent separation from
the regime. These are freedom-loving Iranians who, in exile, have come to defending the
process of forming the National Council of Iran and they are expecting the support of the
international community for this council in order to strengthen their determination in
struggle against the Islamic Republic.
The ‘Green Embassy Campaign’ is a small member of this great ‘rainbow’ of Iranian nation
that from its outset due to the following contents of the proposed charter of the National
Council of Iran decided to join it. Those contents are: Iran’s sovereignty, democracy,
justice, freedom of speech, separation of religion and state, abolishing political
imprisonment, torture and capital punishment, abiding by all international rules and
standards to protect the environment and finally a total avoidance of violence and war.
The message of the ‘Green Embassy Campaign’ to all Iranian compatriots inside or outside
Iran is: “Solidarity and Freedom for Iran and Iran for All Freedom-loving Iranians”.
